Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your VAMA Mall account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to avoid any processing delays.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
